General

• No parties or events allowed

• Only registered guests are allowed on the property

• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

• Arrowhead Haven is a smoking and vaping free property

Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in time: 3:00 PM

• Check-out time: 12:00 PM

• Late check-out may incur a fee unless pre-approved

• Please place all dirty or used sheets, towels, and blankets on the floor of their respective rooms

• Load and run the dishwasher before checking out

• Log out of all apps on TVs

• Please turn off all lights

• Make sure all doors and windows are locked when you leave

• Empty out the refrigerators

Trash & Recycling

• Please keep recycling separate from garbage

• Please bag up all trash and recycling and put outside on driveway in front of the porch

• Additional garbage bags are in the laundry room, under the kitchen sink, and under the bar sink
  

Cleanliness

• Please leave the space tidy

• Please put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run the dishwasher before checking out

• Report any damages or issues immediately to JKL&Co. via your booking platform
  

Pets

• Pets are not allowed

Safety

• No open flames, candles, or fireworks allowed

• Lock all doors and windows when you leave the property

• Do not tamper with smoke detectors or security devices

• There are two fire extinguishers: under kitchen sink and under bar sink
  

Appliances & Amenities

• Do not move furniture or unplug electronics unless necessary

• Towels are for inside use only

• Grilling on back patio only

• Extra bedding is located in the closet of each bedroom or in the laundry room cabinets

• Bedding for the sleeper sofa can be found in closet of the basement bedroom
  

Parking

• You may park in the driveway or on the street in front of the property

Respect the Neighbors

• No loud music or disruptive behavior

• Be courteous—this is a residential neighborhood

Access to Property

• Front door keypad - Front door keypad is set-up and an auto-generated message will be sent to you with a code 1-day before check-in"and will expire at your check-out time
